I had a great experience! This is modern clinic (ios app, auto-mated text message appointment reminders, online scheduling, etc..). The inside is very nice and spacious, but the people are really what makes this place great. When I showed up the receptionist was able to designate this place per my insurance (as I'm on HMO) very quickly. Then, I waited very briefly before Carlos took me in the back for exams. It was one of the fastest ones I've done and least uncomfortable. They have the new x-ray machine that uses 90% less radiation. Then I was able to talk to Cristal and Dr. Scott about my concerns. Mostly it's just the stains that I get in my teeth that look horrendous. Dr. Scott was able to recommend a toothpaste (Rembrandt) and Cristal also gave me some great advice! Someone showed me the estimated costs for the x-rays / cleanings (all together $0 with insurance) prior to them doing it. Now, what I was really impressed by was how great Loren the hygienist was. Like I said, I get really bad stains but she was super skilled and thorough in getting them all out. My teeth look "brand new". She was super nice and patient, I felt bad because I could tell the job wasn't easy. This place will now be my regular dentist, see y'all in 6 months!

I had a deep cleaning done. Loren was fantastic. She had a kind demeanor and made the experience very pleasant. She is excellent at what she does.

As always, Dr. Scott and team do a phenomenal job working with an irrationally afraid adult (that’s me). With kind conversation, gentle hands, and knowledgeable reassurance, I get to go another few months without worrying about my teeth falling out.
